Bicester is one of Oxfordshire’s fastest growing towns, with over 32,000 residents. The main active travel group is Bicester Bicycle Users Group (BUG), formed in 2019.

In 2020, CoHSAT supported Bicester BUG to respond to road and housing developments in Bicester, including raising concerns about a high speed roundable to the County Cabinet.
