Ahead of the election on 6 May 2021, CoHSAT solicited views from candidates for County and District Councils in Oxfordshire. 61.5% of all candidates responded.

The result for Banbury Ruscote Division, Oxfordshire County Council is disputed due to a reporting error by the Returning Officer. The Conservative candidate was pronounced elected, but the Labour candidate in fact received the most votes. While this issue is resolved, both of these candidates appear in the results below
